Does it work on fine hair?
Yes. For fine hair, take a slightly wider section and insert the clip flat against your head: its wavy prongs will grip the hair, even if it's slippery. And if it doesn't stay in your hair, we'll give you a refund.
And what if it doesn't hold?
You have 30 days to decide. If it doesn't hold in your hair, write to us and we will refund you.
When will I receive it?
Your order is prepared and shipped within 24 hours. You will receive your tracking number by email, and the estimated delivery date is indicated below the purchase button.
Does it damage the hair?
No: there is no spring or elastic that constricts. Its shape holds the strand without pulling, without damaging a single hair.
And on thick or curly hair?
It also holds: for very thick hair, take a slightly thinner section so that the clip goes through the bun easily.
What's the difference between the Absolute and the premium?
The Absolute, in polycarbonate, is light and shiny, for every day. The premium is made of metal, for special occasions.
How do I maintain it?
A soft cloth wipe is enough. Store it flat, away from direct heat.
Where does the Pink October donation go?
For every order placed from 5 to 31 October, we donate €1 to Ruban Rose, a French charity that funds breast cancer research. We'll publish the total and the receipt on pinzelli.com and by email in early November.
